A Bit About Me

Hey, my name is Shelby Elmore. I'm an outgoing field marketing professional specializing in leading teams and growing organizations through exceptional marketing, branding, and philanthropic initiatives.

My career started when I became the first-ever women's fitness writer for sports retailer Finish Line with the launch of their inaugural blog. During this time, the term 'influencer' was just surfacing, and the athletics industry was predominantly male. This step set the tone for my passion for guiding female entrepreneurs to fulfill their aspirations, personally and professionally.

At the same time, I led market research and brand development at a pioneering influencer tech start-up, influence.co. There I noticed a significant gap in traditional influencer marketing and aimed to fill that vacancy with freelance work, built upon developing strong content for new brands. In my expansive portfolio, you'll find everything I produce has an extra level of polish, thriving on rich content, which drives the brands I lead forward.

In the last 7-years, hospitality has become my primary niche. Through this industry and my ability to keep brands alive through the pandemic, I've built a reputation as a "revolutionary innovator," redefining what traditional marketing means for hospitality. To me, there are no limits. Instead of just a meal, I lead my teams to conceptualize and execute memorable experiences beyond the plate. Such as fully immersive ads, digital and in-person experiences, innovative activations, and packaging designs that ignite all senses.

Beyond marketing, I have experience overseeing the branding, concepting, development, and innovation for large restaurant and nightlife portfolios. The range of projects includes leading the original concept and brand design for a steak and sushi restaurant in Salt Lake City and working with major celebrities and influencers on several projects throughout the F&B space.
